At Blackbird Fabrics, we want you to love your materials, but we understand that sometimes a project doesn't go as planned. We accept returns on unwashed and uncut fabric, patterns, and notions within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure that the fabric is in its original, unwashed condition and securely pack the items along with a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
