How long will it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. During peak sale periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Can I return cut fabric?
Since our fabrics are cut to your specific order length, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we offer individual swatches for most of our core and seasonal collections to help you feel the texture and verify colors before committing to a larger project.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Are your fabrics pre-washed?
No, our fabrics are not pre-washed. We highly recommend washing and drying your fabric as you intend to care for the finished garment to account for any shrinkage.
