Ultra-lightweight with a crisp hand, this organic cotton block print is comfortable to wear and a dream to sew. Ideal for voluminous tops & dresses as well as classic button-ups, this printed cotton batiste is super versatile and easy to work with. The stunning tapestry motif design was printed by hand in Sanganer, Jaipur, India using traditional block printing techniques and azo-free dyes that prevent harmful runoff in the production process. They will fade beautifully into a soft vintage look with wash and wear.
Due to the handcrafted nature of this fabric, there may be colour and print variations within the yardage.
Please note that due to the dyeing process, these fabrics may have a distinct odour that will dissipate after wash & wear. We recommend adding a cup of white vinegar when pre-washing your fabric to help neutralize the smell.
